Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing a reason from the date of delivery.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at positivertest@gmail.com. Return the goods to our address. Refunds will be issued within 14 days using the same payment method.
❗ Exceptions to withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized or personalized products (e.g. ultrasound images with names, dates, etc.).
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants), custom-made items, and personal care goods (e.g. cosmetics).
We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
We cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange a product quickly, return your item and place a new order separately.
14-day EU cooling-off period
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, with tags and original packaging. Personalized items cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, it will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
