We offer personalized ultrasound images, delivered in the following ways:
• Electronically via email (free of charge)
• Physically as a printed copy by mail with tracking (shipping fee as shown in the cart)
The delivery method is chosen by the buyer during checkout.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices include all applicable fees (we are not VAT payers).
Accepted payment methods: Credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, bank transfer
4. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
⚠️ The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized products, in accordance with § 1837 of the Civil Code.
5. Complaints and Liability
You may file a complaint within the legal time frame.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it.
